Chester Hill
Chester Hill, 95, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2017.
Chester was a native of Chattanooga/Hixson. He was lifelong member of Neighborhood Chapel Church of God.
Chester was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Loraine Hill; daughter, Shirley Jean (Hill) Walker; son, George Edwin Hill; grandson, Anthony Craig Shell; mother, Riley Ann (Fraley) Hill and father, Andrew Jackson Hill.
Chester is survived by his daughters, Barbara Jane Hill Brewer and husband, Bob Brewer, Sharon Paulette Hill Shell and husband, Larry Shell, June Estil Hill Moore and husband, Rick Moore; sons, Andrew Hill and wife, Jeama Hill, James Howard Hill and Billy Ray Hill and wife, Pam Hill; daughter-in-Law, Ruth Hill; son-in-law, Earl Walker; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and very good friend, Joe Keller, Life Care of Red Bank.
The family will receive friends from 3-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 25, and 10 a.m.-12 p.m. on Thursday at Lane Funeral Home on Ashland Terrace.
Funeral services for Chester will be conducted at noon on Thursday, Jan. 26, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Teri Henderson officiating.
Interment will follow to Chattanooga National Cemetery.
