Lynwood L. Davis, 78, of Harrison, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. 

A lifelong resident of the Harrison area, he was retired owner & operator of B&T Automotive in Chattanooga.  He was also a Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Air force.

He was the son of the late Fred and Mary Conley Davis and was also preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Marlene Ratcliff Davis.

Survivors include his son, Greg Davis; daughters, Marla (Tim) Swafford and Janet Speegle; four grandchildren; sisters, Lenis Cotter and Awanda Smith and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, in the Valley View Chapel with Herbert Conley officiating.  Interment will follow in McInturff Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
