The angels guided Paula Renea Sexton Haggard to her heavenly home on Friday, October 23, 2020. 

Paula was 53 years old and a lifetime resident of Sequatchie, Tn. She was born on September 29, 1967 to Charles Nathan Sexton and Carolyn Cheaves Talley. Paula was married to Kenny Haggard. She enjoyed being a housewife and loved to decorate their home. 

Paula loved her family and worshipped her four grandchildren.   In her lifetime, she was known for always being happy, taking care of loved ones and enjoyed life to the fullest.  Paula had the love for animals and heart to take in any stray animal.  

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Nathan Sexton and mother, Carolyn Cheaves Talley.

Paula’s loved ones that she leaves behind are her husband, Kenny Vernon Haggard; sons, Craig (Brittany) Talley, Josh (Amber) Talley, Billy “Peanut” (Charrity) Talley and Kelley Sexton; daughter, Rebecca (Allan) Sexton; sisters, Elizabeth Sexton and Karen Sexton; grandchildren, Caitlin Quinn, Madison, Katie and Jayden Talley along with two nieces, Heather Sexton and Holly Smith and loving friends.

The family will have visitation on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 2-6 p.m. CT at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, TN.

Graveside service will be held on Monday, Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. CT at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Jasper, TN with Pastor Randy Flood officiating.
