Ronda Fay Welch-Black, 43, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020.

She was a 1994 graduate of South Pittsburg High School, Lincoln Memorial Alumni and worked at Tencate Grass in Dayton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Black; mother, Karen Thomas; grandmothers, Louise Welch and Mary Thomas.

Those left to treasure her memories are her children, Jaylyn L. Slaughter, Maleeyah E. Montgomery, Dominic Ratliff, Myles Ratliff, Tomorian Montgomery and Alexis Slaughter; father, Bennie Welch; sisters, Amy (Keith) Green and Angela (Rory) Lohr; grandchildren, Adalynn Montgomery and Noah Slaughter.

Family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. CDT on Sunday, July 5.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. CDT on Sunday, July 5, in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Ronnie Case officiating. Interment will follow at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper.
