Louis F. Salazar
Louis F. Salazar, 82, of Decatur, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
He attended Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church and was retired block mason and was a member of the Brick Layers Union Local #3 in California.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Kay Salazar of 53 years, daughter, Tammy Kay Salazar.
Survivors include his son, Sean Louis Salazar of Decatur, daughters, Angela Odin (Royce Mims) of Vallejo, Ca., Jamie Plummer (Bill) of Martinez, Ca., grandchild: Nikki Odin, great-grandchildren: Rylan and Cayde Salazar, several nieces and nephew and other extended family.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Jan. 17, at 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services with the Rev. David Moore officiating.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Jan. 17, from 5-7 p.m. prior to the service.
