The Tennessee Business Roundtable announced the addition of six member executives to its Board of Directors for the 2022 term.  Appointed by 2022 Roundtable Board Chair Keith Norman (vice president, chief government affairs and community relations officer, Baptist Memorial Health Care, Memphis), the six newest directors were confirmed last week by the Roundtable’s directly elected Board members.

“I am very pleased to announce the unanimous confirmation of these six senior Tennessee business leaders as new appointees to our Roundtable’s Board of Directors,” said Mr. Norman. “Each of them brings an important sector perspective and a unique executive skill set to our member leadership. I am grateful to each of them for their willingness to lead, and to their companies for investing in Tennessee and our organization."

Joining Mr. Norman and eight other directors as new Board appointees for the 2022 term are:

Competitiveness Council Chair and Director:  Matt Haskell, partner, Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC, Nashville

Education Council Chair and Director:  David Pickler, president & CEO, Pickler Wealth Advisors, Collierville

Health Council Chair and Director:  Nancy Anness, chief advocacy officer, Ascension Saint Thomas, Nashville

Workforce Council Chair and Director:  Chris Snow, SVP & chief human resource officer, American Residential Services LLC, Memphis

At-Large Director:  Colton Mulligan, president & CEO, Fox Fuel Creative, Nashville

At-Large Director:  Dakasha Winton, SVP & chief government relations officer, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Chattanooga

Directors Haskell, Pickler, Anness, and Snow fill newly created Board seats for the chairs of the Roundtable’s four Policy Councils, comprised exclusively of member executives collaborating on policy development in the organization’s primary policy areas of Competitiveness, Education, Health, and Workforce, respectively.  Directors Mulligan and Winton, meanwhile, were appointed by Mr. Norman to fill two additional At-Large roles created to augment the Roundtable’s diverse, inclusive member leadership.

“These gifted and experienced business leaders are poised to help shape the policy landscape on the education, workforce development, health, and competitiveness issues which affect our ability to collectively thrive statewide,” said Mr. Norman. “I am confident that the leadership they will contribute to our organization will advance our Roundtable’s ability not only to advocate effectively for pro-business policies, but to do so in thoughtful ways which clearly reflect the values of fairness and equity shared by Tennessee’s leading corporate citizens.”
