Donelle L. Proctor, 81, of Talladega, Alabama, and formerly of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023.

The memorial service for Donelle Proctor will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Camp Hidden Hollow, 463 Hidden Hollow Lane (Dr.) in Chickamauga, Georgia. It is suggested you wear something red, as that was “Dondi’s” favorite color.
