James Edwin McGill, 74, of Rossville, died on May 30, 2003.
Mr. McGill was a lifelong resident of the Walker County area. He was a retired employee of Singer Cobble Company. He was a member of South Rossville Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Theresa Steinmann McGill; daughter, Marie Paulette McGill.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Jones McGill; two brothers, Robert McGill of Rossville, Jerry McGill of East Ridge; two nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on on Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jeff Daniels, Kenneth Bales, and Rev. Melvin Waters officiating.
Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
Family will receive friends after 6 p.m. on Saturday at Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Ft. Oglethorpe.
