Alvada Moses Potter, 94, of Hixson, died on Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006, at Soddy-Daisy Health Care.
She was a member of the Middle Valley Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Drayton C. Potter Sr.; son, Don Potter; brothers, Theodore and Bob Moses; parents, William and Marzelia Moses.
She is survived by her son, Drayton Potter Jr., Rossville; daughters, Barbara Harvey, Hixson, Linda Hogan, Harrison; brother, Walter Moses, Hixson; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Minister Larry Clements officiating.
Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
