Chad Parker Cook, 32, of LaFayette, GA, died Tuesday, September 17, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Gwendolyn Jones and Winfred and Betty Cook; and second cousin, Josh Jackson.
he is survived by his mother, Cynthia Jones Brown; father, Leonard Parker Cook, both of LaFayette; fiancé, Robin Foster; daughters, Madison Ingle, of Ringgold and Chelsea Durham, of LaFayette; son, Nick Cook, of Ringgold; sister, Savannah Brown, of LaFayette; brothers, Christopher Brown and Bill McHan, both of LaFayette; and several, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral will be from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Monday, September 23 at 5 p.m. Service will be conducted by Rev. W.C. Pence and Rev. Billy Hampton. Interment will be in the LaFayette Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brian Cook, Bruce Cook, Tim Hicks, Brian Jackson, Randy Cochran, and Trevor DeBoard.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, September 22 from 6-9 p.m.
