Southern Students Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day With Community Service

Last school year Southern Adventist University sent out a record-breaking number of students to serve at nearly 40 locations around the greater Chattanooga area in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. On Monday, January 20, Southern will send out students again to various locations from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and hopes to exceed the roughly 1,000 students that volunteered last year. The motto for 2014 is “True Beauty.”
