Recusal History

Attorney Stuart James demands that Election Commissioner Tommy Crangle recuse himself from the Election Commission during the vote to determine if Councilman Chris Anderson's recall petition will stand. I find it highly amusing to demand that he recuse himself when Councilman Anderson refused to recuse himself in the vote on the Domestic Partners Benefits.

I know Chris said he would not seek the benefits, but his refusal to recuse himself from a vote that he could personally benefit from says a lot.

Then to demand someone else do what he wouldn't says even more.
