Dalton Soccer Team Involved In Wreck; Match In Macon Rescheduled

Saturday's scheduled Dalton State soccer match against Middle Georgia State in Macon has been rescheduled after some of the Dalton State players were involved in an accident.

The team was on its way to Macon on Saturday when two of the  three vehicles were involved in an accident near Jonesboro. None of the players or coaches were seriously injured, according to Athletic Director Derek Waugh, but the vans were not driveable.

The match will now be played Tuesday at 7 p.m. at  Cavaliers Field at Mount de Sales Academy, 4659 Cavalier Dr., Macon, Ga.
