Layne Contractors will be performing utility work at 6823 Bacon Ln. between Franks Road and Hickory Valley Road. Bacon Ln. will be closed on Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. each day. Detours will be posted, and all work is weather permitting.

Talley Construction will be closing East 10th St., between Foster St.
and Baldwin St., for the installation of underground utilities for a UTC housing expansion. The project will begin at 8:30 a.m on Monday, and is scheduled for three months. Detours will be posted using Baldwin St., East 11th St., and Foster St. All work is weather permitting.
Trane Commercial Systems will be performing building maintenance, lifting an HVAC unit, in the unit block of West 6th St. on Wednesday. Hours of operation will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m. only. Detours will be posted, and work is weather permitting.
