Chattanooga Generous

  • Wednesday, July 22, 2015

My daughter, Shannon and I were planning to provide lunch for the police department; however, when ordering the cookies and sandwiches we were told they would be donated.

A huge and warm “Thank You” goes to Piece A-Cake Bakery in Ooltewah.  They decorated the large assortment of delicious cookies beautifully with colors and images depicting our military and police force.

The manager of Publix in Ooltewah said she did not have to think twice before she offered to donate two large and delicious platters of sandwiches. In addition, Publix added a large platter of brownies.

When we say “Chattanooga Strong” we mean it.  We could also add – “Chattanooga Loving “and “Chattanooga Generous.”

Thank you very much to the Ooltewah Publix and Piece A-Cake Bakery for your kind and generous support of our police force.

Proud to live in the Volunteer State
