Dawson Wade Cleek, 10 days old, died on July 26, 2015 at Erlanger Hospital.
He is survived by his father, Chris Myers and mother, Heather Michelle Cleek.
Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday July 28, at Greenwood Cemetery with Reverend Carl Hunsucker officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
