Thomas W. Smith "Speedy", 62, of Dunlap, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, T.A. Smith; mother, Norma Jean Lacy; and sister, Brenda Smith.
He is survived by his daughter, Shannon (J.W.) Burgess; son, Chris Smith; granddaughter, Haven Smith; sister, Glenda Swanger; brother, Terry Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Thursday, July 30 at 1 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Mark Price officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery.
