Dr. Sandy McKenzie-Ives Speaks At Scenic City Women's Network April 28

Dr. Sandy McKenzie-Ives will speak on Leaving Guilt, Shame and Discouragement Behind at the Scenic Citiy Women's Network April Marketplace Luncheon on Thursday, April 28, at the Mountain City Club. Networking will be from 11:30 a.m.-noon and lunch will be served from noon-1 p.m. 

"Whether someone has tried to keep you in a pit of guilt, fear and discouragement or you jumped in, if you have lived in any shame and regret of your past, it is not too late to get out and have a clean, new start," said Dr. McKenzie-Ives.  "The Lord has abundance waiting for you far beyond what you have ever even imagined." 

A motivational keynote speaker, corporate coach and counselor, Dr. McKenzie-Ives motivates for changed lives by helping clients see their God-given talents and get past their past for ultimate accomplishments and God’s abundant blessings in their lives. She has her Doctorate degree in Christian Counseling. 

The reservation deadline is Tuesday, April 26, at noon.  To make reservations email reservations@scwn.org  or call 698-6262. The cost is $20 or $15 for the non-profit rate for paid employees of a 501c3 organization. 

The Mountain City Club is at 729 Chestnut St.  Parking may not be available in the MCC parking lot. If directed by signage to park elsewhere, other parking options include Republic parking (approx. $4) and/or street metered parking on Pine, Chestnut, Broad and 8th Streets.

The menu will be Wild Green Club salad, Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls, Coconut Pie, Hummingbird Cake, Iced Tea and Coffee.
