Pratt and Associates is planning a residential development on over 40 acres on Julian Road in East Brainerd.
The plan calls for 150 dwelling units, including a mix of single-family homes and townhomes.
There would be 127 home lots and 23 for townhomes.
The entrance would be on Julian Road.
The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval for a Planned Unit Development.
It goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
