CCS Ends Season At 25-4 After Loss To Upperman, 64-46

Chattanooga Christian led at the end of the first quarter and the half, but wound up losing 64-46 to Upperman High School in regional quarterfinals on Saturday night.

CCS led 13-11 at the quarter and went into the intermission up 31-25.

Upperman was ahead 41-39 by the close of the third quarter and had a fourth quarter surge to win going away.

The Bees' big second half led them to advance to a Tuesday night contest with Livingston Academy, which upset Notre Dame 59-54.

The game will be played at Tennessee Tech.

CCS, led by coach Eddie Salter, ends its season at 25-4.

Josh Endicott scored 29 points for Upperman. Austyn McWilliams had 18.

For CCS,  Ryan Rhodes had 17 and Michael Houge scored 11.
