Pratt Development is planning to develop a 25-acre site with 62 single-family detached residential lots and seven acres of common and natural open space.
The site is at 5424 Cassandra Smith Road.
There would be a double loaded street with single-family detached dwellings on individual lots. Eastern areas with steep slopes would be left undeveloped.
The site is approximately 2/3rd of a mile south of the Hixson Pike and Cassandra Smith Road intersection.
The staff recommendation is to approve the rezoning.
