Phyllis Diane Ensley
Phyllis Diane Ensley, age 58 of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday, November 12, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 21, 1959 in Dalton, Ga., a daughter of the late James William and Ida Mae Haren Dryman. She was also preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, James and Connie Dryman; and father-in-law, George Ensley.
She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Ensley of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Lacey and Matthew Nicholson; grandchildren, Natalie and Faith Nicholson of Dalton, Ga.; brother, Gary Dryman; mother-in-law, Eunice Ensley of Chatsworth, Ga.; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Tommy Bryant Sr. of Dalton, Ga., Lois and Cecil Carter, Charlotte and Carl Rittenhouse of Chatsworth, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate the life of Phyllis Diane Ensley will be held Thursday, Nov. 15, at 2 p.m. at the Valley Brook Church of God with Pastor Junior Clayton, Pastor Jeremiah Quarles, and Pastor Roy Gentry Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the United Memorial Gardens with Jason Dryman, Michael Odell, Kamen Cordell, Matthew Morgan, Jason Addis, and Jacob Brown serving as pallbearers. Austin Bryant will serve as a honorary pallbearer.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14.
