Chattanooga DOT Announces Road Closures For Events Nov. 7-11

Wednesday, Nov. 7

After Hours Event in West Village - W 8th Street between Pine Street and Chestnut Street will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 4-9  p. m. This closure will be in effect each Wednesday evening through Jan. 30, 2019.   

Friday, Nov. 9

West Village Out on 8th  - W 8th Street between Pine Street and Chestnut Street will be closed on Friday, Nov. 9 from 2 p.m.-8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10.  

Saturday, Nov. 10

West Village Street Festivals -  Pine Street between W 7th Street and W M.L. King Blvd, and 
W 8th Street between Pine Street and Chestnut Street will be closed from 8 a.m.-midnight each Saturday through Jan. 19, 2019. 
   
6th Annual Chattanooga Autism Awareness Walk - The right eastbound lane of Fraizer Avenue, from the ally way to the Walnut Street Bridge, as well as the right westbound lane of E 3rd from High Street to Walnut Street will be closed on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 8 a.m.-noon for the Chattanooga Autism Awareness Walk. The walk itself will commence approximately at 11 a.m. 

Passageways 2.0 Grand Opening - E 7th Street between Cherry Street and Market Street and Cherry Street between E 7th Street and E 8th Street will be closed on Saturday, Nov. 10 from noon-9 p.m. for the Passageways 2.0 Grand Opening event.

Sunday, Nov. 11

Chattanooga Market - Reggie White Boulevard will be closed from the entrance to the pavilion parking lot to W 19th Street from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. each Sunday through Nov. 18.
