Lauri Moyle Named Director Of Development At Hope For The Inner City

Canaan Group Search announced that Hope for the Inner City has welcomed Lauri Moyle to its management team. He will serve as Hope's director of Development and will be charged with leading the work of fundraising, grant writing, and public relations. 
 
Mr. Moyle prides himself on being a connector, strategic thinker, and community catalyst. He has an impressive background and has served as a consultant to a variety of local nonprofits, a community chaplain through Anglican Church of the Redeemer and prior to Chattanooga, he spent seven years as a political staffer and policy officer in the United Kingdom. His academic background is in social psychology, community development and philosophy. He earned his BA from Covenant College and his MA in Theology and Politics from Kings College in London. 

Mr. Moyle's heart for the Chattanooga community is evidenced through his ample volunteer work which includes board positions at Love's Arm, City of Chattanooga: Multicultural Affairs and Dynamo Studios. He has made a significant impact in the areas of strategic planning, grant writing and fundraising with the various organizations he is involved with.

Canaan Group Search officials said, "We are confident that this impact will continue at Hope for the Inner City."
