Dorma Brown
Dorma Ruth Brown, 80, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away at her home in Hiawassee, Georgia on Friday, August 24, 2018, with her family by her side, following an extended illness.
She was a member of McConnell Memorial Baptist Church in Hiawassee.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill E. Brown.
She is survived by one daughter, Deb Collins, and husband Russ, of Hiawassee; two nephews, Michael Brown of Atlanta, and Daryl Brown of North Augusta, S.C.; along with several great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26, at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 27, at Greenwood Cemetery with Pastor Ivan Rexroth officiating.
