Law Office Of Andrew B. Morgan Opens New Office In Cleveland

  • Friday, August 31, 2018

The Law Office of Andrew B. Morgan has purchased a new office at 3910 North Ocoee Street to better serve their clients.

Nearly three years ago, Andrew B. Morgan opened his own firm. Experiencing steady growth, Mr. Morgan has added staff over the years and says that they used three different office configurations and spaces in the building they previously rented at 140 North Ocoee Street. He said, “With the case load and the number of staff members that we have, we needed a location with more room and room to add an Associate Attorney to our team in the coming months. With parking downtown hard to come by, we felt a standalone office on North Ocoee would offer our clients convenience in terms of parking and by making us easier to find.”

Mr. Morgan has been in practice since 2008, having graduated from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphries College of Law after two and a half years of study. He was then hired by the Law Office of Richard L. Banks, where he spent eight years representing the firm’s clients with bankruptcy issues. During this time, he was certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the American Board of Certification. During those eight years, Mr. Morgan also met and married Dr. Brittany Morgan, a local physical therapist. They have four dogs together, which they consider their children, and attend Candies Creek Baptist Church.

After careful consideration, Mr. Morgan decided to open his own law office in the Cleveland area in 2016. Mr. Morgan hired Josh Radford, and later, Suzanne Dailey to handle the increasing number of clients who sought Mr. Morgan’s legal assistance. With their help, Mr. Morgan has expanded his array of services from bankruptcy to include custody, divorce, probate, personal injury, and criminal law.

Mr. Morgan has been serving the Cleveland-Bradley County, as well as the neighboring counties, for over 10 years and would be happy to help you in your time of need. For a consultation, please call (423) 829-1429.
