The Cooper T. Holt VFW Post 1289 collected food, hygiene items, and blankets to donate to area veterans and their families
The Cooper T. Holt VFW Post 1289 has donated food, hygiene items, and blankets collected from their annual drive to assist veteran families in need.
Items collected filled three large trucks and were delivered to the VA Medical Center and Chattanooga Outpatient Clinic.
John Croteau, post commander, said, "This has been our largest collection thus far."
The VFW would like to thank their members and the community for the donations.
