Norma Moore
Norma L. Moore, 80, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday morning, February 14, 2019, in a local health care facility.
Norma was born in Covington, Ky., and she was the daughter of the late Tulla Mosby Gruell and Frank Gruell. Her first husband, Richard Thomas Faris, her second husband, James Moore and her son, Rick Faris also preceded her in death. Norma worked for many years as Supervisor to several convenient stores in Kentucky and Ohio. Working was her hobby and she loved to work. Before moving to Cleveland, she lived in Oneida, Tennessee where she enjoyed going to the Senior Center. After moving to Cleveland, she attended the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Deborah "Debbie" Beagle and her husband Dale of Cleveland, her son, James "Jim" Faris and his wife Lora of Washington D. C., her grandchildren, Ricky Beagle of Chattanooga, Faris Nunn, King Nunn and Declan Faris all of Washington, D. C. and Matt Faris and Jacob Faris both of Burlington, Kentucky, her daughter in law, Sonia Faris also of Burlington, Kentucky, her sister, Frances "Frankie" Bailey of Las Vegas, Nevada and several nieces and nephews also survive.
The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 4 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel with Reverend Jim Hibbard officiating. Interment will follow in the Lee Cemetery with family and friends serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
