Waters, Jimmie Sue (LaFayette)

Jimmie Sue “Sissie” Waters, 59, of LaFayette, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harvey Wayne Eaton.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Waters of LaFayette; daughters, Elizabeth Waters of Canada and Amanda Beard of LaFayette; son, Marcus Waters of LaFayette; mother, Marlene Eaton of LaFayette; grandchildren, Jack Waters, Charlie Waters, and Grace Beard; sisters, Cindy Ball, Leisa Eaton, and Beth Gilbreath all of LaFayette; brothers, Roger Eaton of LaFayette and Reggie Eaton of Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Arnold Cemetery.
