Felicia Davis
Felicia Michelle “Cherry” Davis, 46, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at her mother’s residence.
She was a graduate of Kirkman High School class of 1991. She earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from Chattanooga State Community College. Felicia owned and operated A Child’s World Day Care Center for over 20 years. She attended Rock of Salvation and Greater Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. Felicia belonged to the Triple(s) Diva Motorcycle Club.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Weldon and Rebecca Brooks, Sr. and Roy and Lola Davis.
Survivors include her mother, Agnes Brooks-Simpson; her father, Jonathan (Susan) Davis; brother, Jonathan Davis, Jr.; nieces, Lacretia Grayson and Chandranique Bush, all of Chattanooga; uncles, Weldon (Fredia) Brooks, Jr. of Kensington, GA, Wendell “Judo” Brooks, Bobby “Red” (Wanda) Brooks, and Marty (Millicent) Davis, all of Chattanooga; aunts, Doris (Matthew) Zene of Akron, OH, Brenda Derrick, Linda (Alfred) Smith, Myrtle Watkins, and Cassandra Seal; a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation is on Saturday, May 11, from 7-8 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, May 12, at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Bishop William A. McGhee, Sr. officiating and Pastor Alexander Bullard as the eulogist.
Burial will be on Monday, May 13, at 10 a.m. in Forest Hills Cemetery.
