Edward Saddler
Edward Leon Saddler, 67, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, in a local hospital.
He retired from the State of Tennessee after 17 years of service and also retired from the City of Chattanooga in June of 2014.
Edward was preceded in death by his father, Worley Saddler; mother, Thelma Partridge; brother, Lebron Partridge; niece, Latasha Todd; and brother-in-law, Ernest Woodruff.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Alice Saddler; daughters, Ericka (Ernest) Lewis of Murfreesboro, Lakiesha Smith, and Adrienne Smith, both of Chattanooga; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Carl Saddler and Charles Partridge; sisters, Sandra (Anthony) Miller, Brenda Woodruff, and Marilyn (Sylvester) Washington, all of Chattanooga; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Visitation is on Tuesday, June 18, from 6-8 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 19, at noon in the chapel. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
