Charles Homer “Charlie” Parks was born July 18, 1941, and died on May 21, 2019.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Nelson Parks, his daughter Lee Anne Parks Hulgan (Tim), of Mentone, Al., his son, Robert (Audra) Parks of Wartrace, Tn., six grandchildren, three great- grandchildren, cousins and other family.
Charles was a 1959 graduate of The McCallie School, formerly with T U Parks Construction Company and later a professional photographer ending his career retiring from Chattanooga State Community College in 2015.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life to be held at the Mountain City Club on June 22, at 2 p.m.
