Phong Thanh Dao
Phong Thanh Dao, 44, of Hixson, TN passed away at his residence on August 1, 2019.
He was born in Vietnam on November 15, 1974.
Phong enjoyed most things outdoors, especially biking, fishing, and going to the park with his children. He also loved to cook.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thanh Kim Dao. Survivors include his wife, Minh-Hieu Le; his children, Ryan Tolentino, Caitlin Dao, and Zackery Dao; his parents, Thao Thanh Dao and Kimla Thi Nguyen; sister, Myduyen Dao and her husband, Dung Luc; sister, Ngoc Dao and her husband, Tuan Nguyen; niece, Haley and nephews, Hunter, Lucas and Marcus.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, Aug. 4, from 2-6 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson.
The funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 5, at the funeral home, with burial at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
