Leroy “Ducie” Lyons III
Leroy “Ducie” Lyons III, 53, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 in a local hospital.
He attended Howard High School Marching 100 and Ooltewah High School. He was a musician and loyal Deacon of World’s Church of the Living God. Leroy was a master barber.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Fredrick Ervin and stepfather, Freddie Ervin.
Survivors include his cherished son, Jacob Lyons; father, Leroy Lyons, Jr.; mother, Glenda Lyons; brother, Jeffrey Lyons, all of Chattanooga; sisters, Sharon Ervin of Charlotte, NC and Ethel Ervin of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 3 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Allen Harrington as the eulogist.
