Raleigh Thomas Choate, husband, father, father-in-law, and granddad, born in Chattanooga on November 29, 1944, passed away at home during the early morning hours of March 16, 2020.

He is survived by his wife Joyce; daughter, Catherine; daughter-in-law, Tracy; son, Michael; grandchildren, Brooke, Anna, Nicklaus, and Jackson.

Raleigh spent 41 years calling on businesses to design effective advertising for the Real Yellow Pages. He was recognized as one of the best, winning numerous presidents’ awards as well as earning the admiration of his coworkers for his work ethic and willingness to help.

Raleigh, also known as R.T. by many of his friends, attended City High School where he was a member of the ROTC Drill Team. Following graduation, he attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

When Raleigh was not working, he loved playing golf or spending time on his boat.  What he really enjoyed was spending time with his family and spoiling his grandchildren.

Due to the Corona Virus, there will be no service at this time.
