Barbara Knight
Barbara J. (Wyatt) Knight, age 80, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 6, 2020.
Barbara was from South Pittsburg, Tn. She had been employed with South Pittsburg High School as the Cafeteria Manager for over 40 years before she retired. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in South Pittsburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Knight; parents, James Aaron Middleton and Tennie Dawson Middleton; brothers, James Aaron Middleton, Jr., Conage Middleton, D.C. Middleton, Jack Middleton, and Robert Middleton and sisters, Gussie Vinson and Ruby King.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children; Reba Wyatt, David (Betsy) Wyatt, Rusty (Tina) Wyatt, Michelle (Richard) LeMay; brother, John “J.B.” (Ruth) Middleton; sisters, Ann (Watchie) Peoples, Shirley Campbell, and Jimmie Cooper; grandchildren, Joshua (Carrie) Wyatt, Andy (Tori) LeMay, Hunter LeMay, Ruchelle Wyatt, Caden Wyatt, Fletcher Wyatt and Kelly (Charlie) Burton; great-grandchildren, Karley Burton, Lilli Wyatt and Knox LeMay along with several nieces, nephews and special friends.
The family will have visitation on Monday, June 8, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. CDT at Grace Baptist Church in South Pittsburg, Tn. 37380.
The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. CDT in the Chapel of Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Ronnie Case officiating.
Barbara will be laid to rest following the funeral service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Bridgeport, Al.
Pallbearers will be Josh Wyatt, Andy LeMay, Hunter LeMay and Caden Wyatt.
