Mary York
Mary Frances Hise York, 92, of LaFayette, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Gordon “Squirrely” York; her parents, Oscar “Bunk” and Roberta Mahan Hise; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert (Helen) Hise, Chester (Bessie) Hise, and James Hise.
He is survived by daughter, Donna Fowler; sons, Terry (Yvonne) York, and Stephan York; grandchildren, Cindy Brown, Jeremy York, Jamie York, Kristin York, Slayten York, Lee Fowler, Justin Fowler, and Haven Fowler; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with her son Terry York officiating.
Interment will be in the Trinity Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 p.m. until service time.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
