Gas Prices Rise 2.2 Cents In Chattanooga

Chattanooga gas prices have risen 2.2 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.83 per gallon on Monday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 170 stations. Gas prices in Chattanooga are 4.6 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 36.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Chattanooga is priced at $1.62 while the most expensive is $1.99, a difference of 37.0 cents per gallon.

The lowest price in the state is $1.53 while the highest is $2.59, a difference of $1.06.

The national average price of gasoline has fallen 1.2 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.16 per gallon. The national average is down 3.9 cents per gallon from a month ago and stands 45.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
