Francis Carlton "Red" Rogers
Francis Carlton "Red" Rogers, 82, of Ooltewah, Tn., passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020.
He attended Ooltewah High School and worked in heavy construction all his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Agnes Rogers; brother, Crack Rogers; sister-in-law, Nita Rogers; father and mother-in-law, Charles and Helen McCoy; and brother-in-laws, Terry McCoy, Bob Mastin, and Doyle Stafford.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jean Rogers; son, Alan (Sherri) Rogers; daughter, Chris (Paul) Howe; brothers, Charlie (Marilyn), Ronnie (Linda), Steve (Doris); sisters, Mary (Karl) Stutz, Nancy Stafford; grandchildren, Luke Rogers, Shelby Howe, Charlie Howe; and sister-in-laws, Pat Mastin, and Barbara McCoy.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Perry McAllister officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Baptist Cemetery in Ooltewah.
