Carla S. Faulkner
Carla S. Faulkner, 57, passed away on August 31, 2020, at Hospice of Chattanooga.
Born in Brevard County, Florida, she grew up in the Chattanooga area graduating from East Ridge High School. She was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church.
Carla was a homemaker and worked as an ophthalmologist tech. She was a lovely woman with an engaging personality and was loved by family and friends. She loved her family and home and always enjoyed family gatherings at Mamaw’s home. Her two sons were the light of her life.
Carla was preceded in death by her parents, Charles A. Thomas and Ruth H. Thomas; and grandparents, Charles W. Thomas and Velma Tate Thomas.
She is survived by two sons, Elijah Faulkner of East Ridge, and Cayden Faulkner of Ringgold; aunt, Dana Cross of Red Bank, uncle, Max (Sue) Thomas of Hazel Green, Al., and several cousins.
The family wishes to thank Hospice of Chattanooga for their care to Carla in her final days. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga in memory of Carla Faulkner.
A private memorial will be held at a later date for Carla…”So much potential, too much lost happiness, peace at last”.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
