Joyce Mae Haas, 93, of Chattanooga , was welcomed home by the Lord on Friday, February 19, 2021.

She was a 71-year resident of Chattanooga and retired from 3-M after several years of service. Joyce was a kind, big hearted, and loyal person that was the first to offer you a meal. She spent her life taking care of those around her and loving her family through the good times and bad. Her smile, quick wit, and wonderful cooking will be sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 76 years, Pete Haas, son, Don Haas, daughter, Cherel Davis and great-granddaughter, Hollie Lauren Eades.

Joyce is survived by her grandchildren, Dawn Towry, Jim Dempsey, and Chad Haas, 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.

This is not a goodbye moment, it’s just a see you later moment.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 2, from 4-7 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be on March 3, at 12 p.m. in the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with interment to follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park, officiated by Pastor Brad Gray.

Arrangements are by Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, Tn. 37415, www.lanefh.com, 423 877-3524.
