Stanley C. Smith, 54, passed away on April 15, 2021, in Chattanooga.
He attended Chattanooga State Technical College and was employed with Mueller Company for 19 years; he was a member of the Mueller volunteer firefighter team. He was adventurous and enjoyed the outdoors.
Stanley was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie Bailey, and his uncles, Anderson and Hubbard Bailey.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Mattie R. Cole; sister, Tina Bailey; nieces, Marquita Barnes, Michelle Flint, and Latoya Jackson; nephew, Kenneth Flint; devoted friends, Tiffany Collins, Diondra Pointer, and Denise Tipton, and a host of relatives, extended family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, and a memorial tribute will begin at 5 p.m. in the chapel at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 423 622-9995.
