Brenda Bullard
Brenda Faye Ford Bullard, 74, of Noble, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, after a six month battle with COVID complications.
Brenda graduated from Lakeview High School in 1964 and attended Emmanuel Baptist Church in LaFayette, GA. She retired from Hutcheson Medical Center after 48 years of service and was currently employed with Wal-Mart in LaFayette, GA. Brenda enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and writing. She had completed her book “A New Kind of Dream Catcher” the Saturday before she passed away. Brenda led many to the Lord and always felt angels were around her. She has now gained her heavenly wings and she’s singing her favorite song, “The Rose.” Her favorite Bible verse was Matthew 18:19 and she believed in the power of prayer. Brenda was a light in this world and the world will seem darker without her in it.
Brenda was preceded in death by her step-father and mother, Charles, Sr. and Roberta Ladd Ford; and father, Bernard Blevins.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, David A. Bullard; two daughters, Melody (Tony) Riddle and Angela Christine McCauley; grandsons, Clint and Dylan Riddle; her twin sister, Glenda (Bill) Jones; brother, Charles (Shirley) Ford; aunt, Opal Pinson; nephew, Bill Jones, Jr.; and great niece, GilleyAnne Jones.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 11, at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Gene Voss officiating. Interment will follow in the Rock Spring Community Cemetery with Tony Riddle, Clint Riddle, Dylan Riddle, Bill Jones, Jr., Eric Watts, and Lamar Jones serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are: Charles Ford, Jr., David Frank, Chris Wooten, and Doug Short.
