Two new townhome projects are planned in East Brainerd.
Ironhorse Properties plans 174 units on 16.5 acres at 2524 Gunbarrel Road. It is located at Pinewood Drive.
G.T. Issa Premier homes is planning a project that would include 44 townhomes on 7.6 acres.
It is at 1629, 1631 and 1633 Jenkins Road.
The request is for five foot side setbacks (10 foot separation between units).
There would be 2.17 acres of community space.
The projects go before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m.
