Patrick Early Templeton, 60, of Evensville, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton.
He was born in Dayton, Oh., on March 17, 1961, the son of the late Jubal and Audrey Faye Templeton.
Patrick lived in Florida before moving to Evensville in 2000. He was employed as a roofing installer.
He is survived by his companion, Sabanda George of Evensville; his son, Trevor Templeton of Ft. Wayne, IN; his daughter, Sarai Ashford of Toledo, OH; his sister, Amber Templeton of Dayton, OH; and his grandson, Brandon Barkley, Jr. of Toledo, OH.
A Celebration of Life service for Patrick will be announced at a later time.
