A 40-unit townhouse development is planned at 7548 and 7554 Igou Gap Road.

The site is almost six acres.

W.H. Holdings is applying for rezoning for the site.

The property is owned by Cornerstone Apostolic Church.

Also, an 18-unit townhouse project is slated for 1820 and 1830 Gray Road. 

The application is from James Perry.

The site is 3.5 acres.
