Smiles From The Heart Free Dental Clinic Is April 26

  • Tuesday, March 19, 2024
Smiles from the Heart is a volunteer effort provided by the owners and staff of Winn Smiles Dental Practice and will offer the local Chattanooga community free dental care.

"Often this can be the only dental care that people receive all year long," officials said. "It is a joy for the Winn Smiles
staff to be able to provide to the community who has not only supported them as a business, but also shaped them
as individuals. Since we have started we have been able to see over 500 patients, change over 500 lives and create
over 500 smiles.
It is Winn Smiles’ way to give back and show thanks to the beautiful area and people that surround
them."

The staff will be on site at Winn Smiles Shallowford, 2217 Olan Mills Dr. in Chattanooga, on April 26 from 7 a.m-5 p.m. to provide patients that are 18 and older with an option of one free service. Patients can choose a free cleaning, extraction or filling. Services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dr. Brad Winn, owner of the practice, said, "I got into dentistry because I wanted to help people. People often don’t understand the importance of a smile. It’s more than just cleanings and fillings at Winn Smiles--it’s about the people and what restoring their smiles means to them. Confidence in their smile is a gift that I truly never tire of being able to help give someone. Smiles from the Heart is a day when we get to open our doors and give that to, and help, as many people as possible. We all love it. It’s a day where we remember that we are in the smile business first and foremost.”
