I recently petitioned the Stormwater Regulations Board of Chattanooga for a reduction in the $2,019 stormwater fee assessed against our neighborhood’s recreational HOA. The runoff from 40 homes in the community flows down to the HOA retention pond. Less than 10 percent of the pond’s water ever enters the city’s stormwater infrastructure.
