Lowe's To Hire 40,000 Seasonal Workers Nationwide

Retailer Accepting Applications For More Than 340 Positions In Chattanooga

Lowe’s expects to hire approximately 40,000 seasonal employees at its stores in the United States during spring – the busiest time of year in the home improvement industry. More than 340 jobs are available in the Chattanooga market, including store customer service support roles such as cashier, lawn and garden, loaders, stockers.
 
The number of hours worked per week will vary based on the needs of individual stores, but on average, seasonal employees could work an estimated 20-25 hours per week.

The length of the employment will vary depending on the needs of the individual market; however, seasonal employees are most needed in spring and summer months, typically from February until September. Each store is accepting approximately 20 to 25 positions.
