Chattanooga Chili At Chattanooga Market Sunday

  • Monday, September 24, 2012

The Chattanooga Chili event will be at Chattanooga Market on Sunday.  It's both a chili competition and sampling event with several varieties and with $1 samples for the public or $4 for a bowl of chili.

One Chattanooga Market vendor, Link 41, will be serving chili made with their local artisan and cured meats.  All meats from Link 41 come from local farms and are freshly processed.

Spicy, smokey or mild - there will be plenty of flavors to choose from with a variety of additional local chili vendors on site.  Chili competition winners will be announced at the end of the event at 4 p.m. Categories include most popular, most unique and judge's favorite.

Live music on the EPB stage for Sunday will be Dustin Overbeek at 12 p.m., Sabrina at 1:30 p.m. and Tin Cup Gypsy at 3 p.m.  Bios and photos of musicians can be found at ChattanoogaMarket.com, as well as other weekly information.
